Pros: Looks excellent and spacious; the third row is better than most cars. The Red Dark Edition is super cool. Feels strong, and safety features are good. AC and music are awesome. The highway driving experience is very good. The feel of the car is premium. The 360-degree camera is of high quality. Cons: Mileage in the city is coming in at about 8-9 kmpl. The mileage reading is faulty and never shows less than 8. The steering is hard and not smooth. Auto driving feel is not great, and the car seems to be dragging a lot of the time, as if running in low gear. Eco mode is not default; you have to select it every time you start the car for fuel efficiency. 3M folks sitting in Tata to offer ceramic coating are not trustworthy. Workshops are terrible. Insurance processes are not efficient and seem to have some sort of deal with the workshops. If you want to get your car repaired with insurance, you will have to leave the car for at least 7 days.
