Hyundai Verna facelift to get LED DRLs

Riding on the success of the daytime running LEDs of the Hyundai i20, our sources confirm that the Verna facelift that is due sometime next year will get daytime running lamps too.

Hyundai Verna facelift

The upgraded Verna will get a bit stiffer suspension and the focus will be on enhancing the ride and handling of the sedan. There have been minor complains of the suspension being a bit too soft, and so we can expect the Korean manufacturer to improve the handling too.

We can expect the facelift Verna to also get more features, possibly a touch screen system. The next launch for India is the new generation Santa Fe, which could be seen sometime earlier next year. Hyundai will also facelift its Eon and introduce a more powerful engine as well. The Elantra facelift is also scheduled sometime next year. Another new model will be added to the Hyundai Grand i10 sedan. This will be a compact sedan under 4-metres in length.
