Audi A6 2.8 TFSI that is a petrol variant, generates a power of 162 KW at 5750-6800 rpm and a maximum torque of 280 Nm at 3000 - 5000 rpm. Audi A6 3.0 TFSI which is another petrol variant churns out a power of 213 KW at 4850-6800 rpm and a maximum torque of 420 Nm at 2500-4850 rpm .

The diesel variants on the other hand generate a power of 140 KW at 3500-4400 rpm and a maximum torque of 380 Nm at 1400-3500 rpm(in A6 2.7 TDI) and a power of 176 KW at 4000-4400 rpm and a maximum torque of 500 Nm at 1500-3000 rpm (in A6 3.0 TDI Quattro).
