Bought the 2021 Highlander limited with an optional 12.3-inch screen and 2nd-row bench seat. I wasn't lying, I absolutely love this car though it's not perfect. AVN audio system of Honda city2018 model totally froze within 2 years after purchase. I registered the complaint on dated 12/09/2020 and even after more than three months gone today on dated 25/11/2020 galaxy Honda Jalandhar has further increased the time of replacement of audio system at the end of December 2020 as my turn is 16th.Read More

Good, I love it but not that much because it has some issues that I want to tell is that the car is shaking too much and it is too expensive and has no luxury half of the items of the car is plastic which makes worse and even the steering is made up of plastic. Think Twice Before Buying
Very difficult to adjust the seat of the driver to comfort. The phone and Bluetooth connection is not reliable at all. The maps are awful. Only company fixed places can be typed in. There's a blind spot on the front left side which is not safe for the driver.Read More

The Honda city is having worst audio system. It gets hanged constantly. I have replaced it for 3 times. And the recent received system also gets hanged continuously. Customer support is very poor. They just keep on saying we will revert in 24 hours. I must give 0 stars. Very disappointedRead More
