The vehicle is totally underpowered. only the looks are pleasing. I could get only 8kms per liter of diesel despite having run more than 2000 kms by now. the DTE meter shows false readings. if u ply 1 km, DTE shall show that you have done 3kms. Better buy a petrol car rather than this vehicle. Mahindra has not been able to listen to our voices. I had number of times approached the dealer with these complaints, however, no one listens there to the customer cries. Gear box is noisy after the vehicle is started in the morning. the engine is unresponsive even if you rev at higher levels. No adequate R&D has been undertaken while testing the performance of the vehicle. Instead of correcting our concerns, the manufacturers have come up with a high powered engine. Mahindra should review the performance of the engineers who had undertaken the R&D of the vehicle. only one thing that is appealing is the design of the car. Now introducing the TUV 500, the car will loose its sheen to a passenger vehicle.
