Bad Performance And Customer Service.
We have bought Kia Seltos in March starting so there was an error showing some tire pressure problem in one of the tires. We asked the showroom people to see to it. They keep telling us that it must be a tire puncher we only had to look into it. One day I had to go to some mountain regions, so when the slope started my breaks got freeze then I had to put hand Breaks. Then I called SOS they told me no. Of things and send me the link to find me. Till then I figured it out myself n I got back from there and slowly drove to the tire pressure shop. I asked him to change the tire from the Stepney, after going through all the huddles. I started my car and then it showed again the low tire pressure. So it was really devastating to the quality of the car and its customer service that they didn't even call or asked me that did my problem got solved or not. It would have costed a human life if I wouldn't act like that. This is really not the car I had paid for.
