I went to Kia Dhone but the experience was pathetic as they didn't have a car for a test drive. , So I left without taking a test drive, and to my surprise, the sales manager instead of being polite and suggesting to send the car to my place to test drive tells me to come back when the car is available. Secondly crystal Kia the sales guys there are pathetic. They don't even have the courtesy to call back even though you call several times. I am also into customer service and am very touchy about how my customers are treated. if there is someone in KIA who cares about their customers kindly do some mystery shopping and check out the treatment your potential buyers are going through in Pune. Just imagine if a potential buyer is treated this way just imagine the after-sales.
