Unlike the previous Jazz, the new versions of hatchback provide both petrol and diesel engine options. They are:
*1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol
*1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel
Comparing Diesel vs. Petrol :
1.Diesel offers 6-speed manual similar to that of the new City and Petrol provides 5-speed manual or a CVT
2.Diesel model pushes out 100bhp of power, and a merely 200Nm of torque and Petrol produces 90bhp of power and 110Nm of torque.
Since my choice of car was the diesel engine, i"ll guide you more on this:
*The diesel engine provides 27 kmpl when compared to the petrol engine which provides 19 kmpl.
*The diesel ones has good interior space to commute comfortably with a silky smooth driving experience.
*It could easily be said that its a miniature of the City Sedan variant car having almost most of it features.
*In general design looks when it comes to interior or exterior, Jazz has it all with a sporty, eye catching looks and compact design cut and dimensions under hatchback variant helps in easy parking.
All in all, with this new generation of Honda Jazz variant one, could be assured of reliability and is great choice of hatchback car if you could afford it.
