Using car for almost 9 months... here is the user experiance. 1) recieved car with mud in it - no solution from Honda. 2) AVN (digipad) is unstable - behaves weired by itself. - no solution from honda. 3) AVN bluetooth audio dowsnt work for calling. Mic and AC vents are so close that when you have bluetooth audio on, you must turn off the AC fan. Honda confirmed that product is designed like that - basically you can use one thing at a time. 4) horn - horn was change output to very low by itself - Honda never acknowledged the issue. Now horn output is stuck at low level - need to show this to Honda dealer. HUGE SAFETY RISK. 5) service quality is so poor that you have to ebsure when you take the vehicle back. You look at car like a professiinal quality engineer to validate they do ok job on service. I was given car wih door covers and handles misaligned. 6) lot of other fitment issues in general like you can see running wires of usb etc etc. Most of all, Honda never acknowledges the issues... just keeps giving standard answer "dealer will contact you". Clear lack of ownership by Honda.
