Pros : great Suspention, high driving position, decent mileage 17.5 overall

Cons : Horn hard to blow.

Look and Style Looks are subjective. I have read many negative reviews on looks. Trust me, When you see real one, that looks alright. In fact My car looks better than many out there, with Accessories like Roof rails, Dashboard trim and Chrome kit , Sail plate , side and bumper protector (8000 INR), and add 5700 for seat cover , you are sitting in luxury hatch for a relaxed ride. Comfort Driving : Tilt stearing, front power window, 60:40 rear split comes default. Best hatch in terms of space and comfort . And You are arctualy sailing on the road Great visibility for driving, roomy and airey cabin. You feel like sitting in Innova when travelling as so good is its suspention Pickup Pickup is decent , similar to santro. Not for cruisers. Sure it will not disappoint you! Mileage I drove from bangalore to kasaragod through mysore, wayanad , kannur ,and got mileage on 17.5 overall with 1st service due. Satisfied with the mileage. In city in get 13-14 with A/C. Best Features Space, suspention, good mileage, smooth Needs to improve Horn...tough to blow horn. very hard. Power widow operator is possitioned near gearbox. you need to get used to it. Overall Experience great purchace.. Great value for money..

Hi Nijesh, I am planing to buy Sail U VA LS ABS.. any suggession please? Rgs Wilson

    Abhishek |30 Apr,2013 09:03:31 PM

Hi Wilson, Pls go ahead and do a test drive. ABS will help you when you drive more than 90 KM/ hour . Normally I drive @ 70 to 90 , hence i did not need ABS. You don't need ABS for driving in city. If you are a frequent traveller to a different town, and speeding over 100 KM, you might need ABS, Invest in Airbags than ABS. -Abhishek

Hi Abhishek,Thanks for your reply.Actually I thought to take SAIL LS,but no music system in that, So i decided to go for LS ABS (difference is Rs.25000/-) I thought it is better to have a fitted music sytem than to fit from out side. Thanks once again.

I saw in some review that the engine is too noisy ?.. is it true? i'm thinking of buy.. kindly help.

Hello Dr.Seb, My Sail Uva(petrol) has one of the quietest engines around. I have't driven a diesel yet. Diesel version has the same Fiet Multiget engine, which is also in Swift , Ritz , Manza, Desire etc. Do a test drive Abhishek

Hi! I am testing hatch-backs these days, as i wanna buy one. Sail - U-VA petrol is really worth in terms of style, ride, space and overall comforts you get in the cost. Just need to know the post-sell service of Trident, if you are from Bangalore. Looking forward to know from you. Naren
