I own a travel agency, and I was waiting for Toyota Innova Crysta to be launched so that I could book many of those. And now I own two of Crysta in grey metallic shades at a price range of 18lacs each. It is big with spacious boot space, and more comfort for the third row also along with safety belts. It was the right decision to invest.

The best luxury car at the best price and the built quality is also very good. And now coming to the performance is very good.

The best vehicle for those want a royal feeling in a vehicle. The only thing that lacks is its less technology, when compared to other vehicles in this price range. Toyota must focus on at least a few more features like ventilated seats, sunroof (although a small one), more features in the infotainment system, etc.

Price and mileage are the major negatives. Service cost and parts are very good. Performance and style are good. The comfort of the vehicle is very good. Lack of paddle shift is another defect.
