Cons: - Mileage is not so great for a 1.0 3-cylinder turbo engine. - Could offer more interior color choices for the price - Wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto is missing.Read More
- A Sporty Hatchback With Elan
We were in Kerala for a short holiday in October 2022 and took a test drive of the i20 N Line N8 DCT when it was just launched. It was love at first sight. We booked it. The dealership, Popular Hyundai-Thrissur, Kerala, promised delivery by November, but our relocation plans got delayed. Finally, we took delivery in the month of February 2023, and the dealership honored our earlier booking, but by then the price of the car had been hiked, which dented our pockets. We checked out many other cars like the Altroz, Punch, Venue, i10 Nios, i20 Asta. However, the i20 N Line N8 DCT (7-speed) outperformed them in terms of power, styling, features, safety, and performance. It's been about 6 months and the experience has been really wonderful. Every day is a learning experience with its features. We are getting an average mileage of 16.9 on highways and 13.5 in city conditions. The car has covered about 3500 km so far. The rear seat can comfortably accommodate 3 medium-sized individuals or 4 thinly-sized individuals. The 7-speaker BOSE sound system is awesome. Adding to that, paddle shifters, voice-enabled electronic sunroof, Hill Assist, Cruise Control, and other enviable features. The car is pricey, but for the overall features and sporty feel, it's worth it.Read More
