Overall Experience Is Amazing. Feels like new. Safety Rating is 5star. Full sporty look. Low cost Maintenance. Mileage is just wow.

Excellent in class.. with stability and 4 wheel drive.. the negative are the advanced features like the small touch screen, 2 airbags only. Still very good car for City drive and hill station.. the 6 gear is the best feature with good power and stability. The mileage of 20km/l is awesome.

I never faced and the problem also the driving experience is fantastic in Renault Duster, much comfortable and has good mileage around 17 to 18 km/hr, the best of the Renault is they always look after the customers after purchasing the car.

Excellent for driving and safety. Lacks premium inner. Decent mileage and low cost of maintenance. Driving duster since 2014 and clocked 100000 km.

Renault Duster is one of the best SUV available in the market from mileage to speed everything is fine.

Renault Duster is an  excellent car, smooth in driving with a big boot space and good to drive on the highway with good mileage. 

Renault Duster AWD RxZ 110 PS has great pickup and mileage @13 km. After sales had initial issues with the air conditioner - identification of the problem took 50000 km of the initial run. After the AC issue, certain spare parts of the AWD had to be procured from Renault Chennai and Renault, France - Imagine the waiting time for such processes. Services were terrific with inefficient and untrained/unqualified personnel and equally arrogant management. Identification of cooling issues took 4 visits to the service center. In the fourth visit, some qualified personnel identified the issue and the problem was solved. In a latest instance, paid an unheard of amount (Rs. 44000) for services through My Renault App and the service center did not hand over the car to me as they had not received a confirmation from the accounts team who had already left for the day. 24 hours later, after waiting in the service center for more than five hours and a police complaint lodged did I get the car post the confirmation from Renault Chennai team. Services of the car are handled by TVS Group who have the least customer centrality.

Overall the outer looks and presence on the road is appealing. But it cost heavy on the pocket as the mileage is too low for a petrol car. The mileage after driving more than 11000 km is only 9.7. Mine is an automatic rxs and I feel like the gears are stuck while driving at low speed. If you talk about the features you will get less. Even the camera and the parking sensors are not company fitted and need to be fitted spending again.
