भारत में अभी जीप की 4 कार उपलब्ध हैं जिनमें 4 एसयूवी शामिल हैं।जीप कार की कीमत 17.99 लाख रुपये से शुरू होती है जो कंपास के लिए है, जबकि रैंगलर सबसे महंगी कार है जिसकी कीमत 68.31 लाख रुपये है। कंपनी की सबसे नई कार कंपास है जिसकी कीमत 17.99 - 30.70 लाख रुपये है। यदि आप 50 लाख रुपये तक की जीप कार देख रहे हैं तो कंपास और मेरिडियन अच्छे विकल्प हैं।
जीप ने अपनी भारतीय पारी की शुरुआत एफसीए (फिएट क्रिसलर ऑटोमोबाइल्स) ग्रुप के साथ मिलकर रैंगलर अनलिमिटेड, ग्रैंड चेरोकी और ग्रैंड चेरोकी एसआरटी जैसी कारों को लॉन्च करके की थी। इन तीनों ही कारों को भारत में सीधे इंपोर्ट करके बेचा जाता है, जिसके चलते इनकी कीमत ज्यादा रखी गई है। चूंकि जीप बैज के तहत आने वाली कारें कई खरीदारों की पहुंच के बाहर थी, ऐसे में इस अमेरिकन एसयूवी मेकर ने किफायती कार को लॉन्च करने का निर्णय लिया। इसके बाद कंपनी ने अपनी सबसे अफोर्डेबल कार कंपास 2017 में पेश की। भारत में जीप कंपास का उत्पादन एफसीए इंडिया के रंजनगांव प्लांट में किया जाता है। इस मिड-साइज़ एसयूवी सेगमेंट की कार का मुकाबला महिंद्रा एक्सयूवी 500 और हुंडई ट्यूसॉन जैसी कारों से है। 2019 के मध्य में जीप इंडिया ने कंपास एसयूवी का ऑफ रोड वर्जन 'ट्रेलहॉक' बीएस6 नॉर्म्स से डीजल इंजन के साथ पेश किया। कंपास एक 5-सीटर कार है। अब कंपनी एक नई 7-सीटर एसयूवी पर भी काम कर रही है। भारत में इसे आने वाले सालों में लॉन्च लिया जा सकता है। इस अपकमिंग कार का मुकाबला टोयोटा फॉर्च्यूनर और फोर्ड एंडेवर से होगा। वर्तमान में जीप इंडिया की पूरे देशभर में 90 डीलरशिप हैं।

Mileage is great depending on driving behaviour. Maintainance cost is high as the parts are not Made in India. Software gliches are common. Good for 4 member. 5 could feel conjusted.
