Since it's being discontinued, how will be the service and spares availability?

Renault Lodgyis still available in the market and it will be discontinued by the brands end by the end of April 2020. So, the maintenance and the availability of spares will be there in the authorized service centres without any delay but the availability totally depends on their stock.
