The All new Nissan X-Trail Revealed

Japanese auto major Nissan has today revealed the all new Nissan X-Trail at the Frankfurt Motor Show, which is a seven-seater. Known as the Rogue in U.S., the new X Trail has come up with new looks, features and improved riding capabilities. To be offered both with the Front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive options, the former will come as standard.

The new features added to the 2014 X-Trail over the old model are structured headlamps with LED daytime running lights and the Characterstic D-pillar shape. While inside the cabin, it comes with geometric metallic and piano black finishes with lots of chrome and complete leather upholstery with stitches in contrast.

In terms of features, the new Nissan X-Trail gets the NissanConnect in-car navigation, information and entertainment system. With access to a projected range of apps covering music, social networking, entertainment and travel through a large, 7-inch colour touch screen, the new NissanConnect is a the perfect fit for new X-Trail.

Excpet the features mentioned above, Nissan has maintained the tough and ruggedness characteristics of the car, for which the X-Trail is known for. The all new X-Trail will be manufactured at nine different Nissan facilities around the world for a vast array of markets. The car will be launched in the first quarter of 2014 with worldwide sales starting in July 2014.
