Tata Nano Twist Active - Nano with a Boot!

Nano got a mid-life facelift at last! Tata has showcased the refreshed Nano with an openable boot lid at the ongoing Auto Expo 2014. The vehicle has been christened as 'Nano Twist Active'. It was caught testing camouflaged several times and the images are all over the internet.

This refreshed version has been showcased with F-Tronic gearbox, which is nothing but an automatic-manual transmission that seems to be an 'in thing' in India these days following Maruti's Celerio.

This vehicle gets both stylistic and mechanical changes to add more life to it. On the outside, the little hatchback from Tata, sports revamped bumpers, which now sport smiling façade that integrate round fog lamps. The new black grill integrates Tata logo and the headlamps of the vehicle are slightly tweaked with clear turn indicators as compared to amber ones in the existing model. The rear bumper mimics the front bumper, and the rest of the profile at the back is same, except the biggest change once in for all we get openable boot, woooo!!

It is expected that Tata will position this version of Nano slightly above the current Nano, and this vehicle will also be equipped with a diesel engine.
