fuel efficiency
fuel efficiency
Look and Style very good Comfort very good Pickupis good. however at lower speed engine cuts off abruptly unless initial acceleration is slow in 2nd gear onwards. Mileage Fuel Efficiency is not as skoda is claiming. It is giving a fuel efficiency of 7-8 kmpl in city driving and 11-11.5 on long drives on highway.Though its computer shows consumption as 6.8 or 7.2 litrs/100km,physically its consumption is much more as given above.I have calculated the milage by physically topping the tank and after drive again topping the tank.Skoda wksp could only check the veh on computer and reported all ok.. Best Features Needs to improve fuel efficiency.

I have Skoda Yeti 4*4 and it gave me 13.4 km-pl on a 590 km single journey. I revved the Yeti up to 165 kmph and drove through forest roads while there was sweltering heat outside with temperatures up to 42.5 centigrade. Inside AC auto was working extremely well. And with low 18 degree centigrade AC and revving , the car gave me a mileage of 13.4 which is very good for an SUV of this much power. I could overtake Creat and Innova etc in a neck to neck racing on highways.
Hi, I own the Yeti 4x2 since march 2013 and it does a 14km/lt in the city I have even touched 21km/ltr ? In fact I just love to drive across the busiest streets in Mumbai.
just forgot to mention the 21km/ltr is on the highway ...
hahah......please improve your maths...the thing is that if you calculate 7.2/100 we get is around 14km/l n 14 is way good interms of SUV mileage.i also have a skoda yeti n it claims to about 15-16 on highways n 12-13 in city...which is may be best in class....and most of it depends on driving ability
