Better Say No To The Environmental Friendly Car
We were among the first buyers 3 years back, despite the high cost of ownership. From the first week onwards, the car is anything but trouble, which is not a surprise for an indigenous car in India. Worst has been the service. Difficult to get hold of anyone when you need help on the road. Persistently repeating problems with the steering, battery, electronics system, the clutch, mileage. Now just a few days after 3 years, the car has been going into safe mode since a week and there is no roadside assistance or warranty. The dealers can't make sense of what is happening most of the time M&M call centre probably the most pathetic service in India. The trouble is not the car but the company & its dealers. Best advice after suffering for 3 years - Do not buy this white Elephant.
