Mileage A Huge Disappointment

I purchased the Honda City Hybrid H-ev with high expectations, given Honda's reputation for quality and the Japanese style of business. However, I have been thoroughly disappointed by the vehicle's fuel efficiency. Despite making numerous complaints and seeking assistance from Honda, I am dismayed to report that they have not taken any significant action to address the issue. This falls short of the customer service standards that we often associate with Japanese companies. The lack of proper mileage is not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome. It's disheartening to experience such an issue with a brand like Honda. I had expected a reliable and fuel-efficient vehicle, but the reality has not lived up to these expectations. I sincerely hope Honda takes immediate steps to rectify this situation and uphold the trust and quality that their name represents. In the meantime, I find it challenging to recommend the Honda City Hybrid H-EV to potential buyers, given my own disappointing experience.
