The service staff need a thorogh orientationas to how they will handle a complaint and a customer. The orientation in the workshop is not good. The spares are also not available. In the normal case if this machine were to be launched either by Hyundai or Maruti, it would have been a clean winner. With a great product, Fiat is struggling to make it a success and not getting the volumes speaks a lot about the image and the service. The insensitivity to the customer is a thing which pulls them down despite a phenomenally engineered product. The plastic quality is another aspect where it is compromised and repeated mails are also not taken seriously.

Very poor response. may be due to tie-up with Tata. Afraid of going to Fiat, since no proper response even at the time of enquiry. Fell they never cared about customer satisfaction and service.
