Datsun – Go, Go Plus, Redi Go
Ford – Figo, Figo Aspire, Ecosport, Endeavour

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to the scheme of assured Rs. 500 Paytm wallet cash offered by the Girnar Software Pvt. Ltd., a Company registered under Companies Act 1956, having its registered office at Girnar 21, Govind Marg, Dharam Singh Circle, Moti Doongari, Jaipur-302004, Rajasthan (“Company”) to the Customer (defined hereinafter).

Any Customer availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and standard terms and conditions of the Offer.

To be eligible for the benefits under this Offer, a Customer must have attained the age of majority as per applicable laws.

This Offer is only applicable on purchase of a car through Company's website www. Cardekho.com and mobile applications thereof accessible through internet enabled electronic devices (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Portal") during the Offer Period.

A Customer will be eligible for this Offer, only if Customer purchases a car through the Portal as per the above mentioned offer periods for various Car Brands("Offer Period"), unless extended by Company in its sole discretion.

By sharing your details , you are is granting express consent to the Company/car dealer to contact the Customer.

Customer is required to provide details pertaining to purchase of car through www.CarDekho.com or mobile application thereof (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Platform". Such detail shall include without limitation date of purchase, car make and mode, colour, variant, dealership from where purchase is made by Customer, name and contact details of Customer, email Id of customer, invoice details, VIN details for the car purchase etc.

Company will verify the details and fact of purchase of car by Customer through Platform during the Offer Period.

Upon successful verification of the information and the details provided by Customer in Company or its OEM/Dealer partner's records, and upon confirmation by OEM about purchase of car by the Customer, Customer will be eligible for receipt of assured Rs. 500 paytm wallet cash.

Once we obtain confirmation of CarDekho being the key source enabling the retail of the Car, and matching of the information provided to us, we will initiate the Rs.500 paytm wallet cash.

This is a limited period Offer and may be withdrawn by Company, without any prior notice. Further Company reserves the right to extend or terminate this Offer or alter the terms and conditions at any time without giving any prior notice or assigning any reason whatsoever during the Offer Period.

Customers are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any participation shall be voluntary. Customers can also make transactions with the Company without participating in the Offer or availing of the Offer.

The Offer is non-transferable, non-assignable.

No other offer can be clubbed on a transaction involving this Offer.

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Offer or Terms of Offer, the Parties irrevocably consents and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

For one car only one offer scheme can be availed. We may be running multiple offers.
