I bought Ford Figo Diesel Top model on December 2020, within a week front tyre was damaged and torn, as well as front Glass gets broken when I use wiper. Within a month, I paid 17,000 Rs to replace the front tyre and front glass. The showroom guys didn't accept for insurance/manufacturer defect claiming, I had to pay for the service cost 17,000 Rs....

I like this car very much. Overall, the performance is very good. Ford Figo aspire is completely a value for money Car.

I bought Aspire Diesel Titanium in 2018 January and drive 40 k and It's a fantastic car in this segment and its engine is the best in up to 20 lakhs segment. I love my Ford Aspire.

The car is good but the service is very poor! Even the company doesn't take proper post service feedback from the customers and it results in the dissatisfied customer being further disappointed. And, the worst part is that the company doesn't even care if customer complaints and is dissatisfied.
