I have owned a Tiguan TDI Highline since 2018 and have driven about 60k km. The best mileage I achieved was 23kmpl with cruise control set at 75kmph and cold tire pressure at 35 psi. Fortunately, there have been no rattles so far. I replaced the battery once and the tires at 20k km (damaged due to a Himalayan trip), and again at 55k km. Under warranty, I had the rear brake disc and shoe replaced at 20k km, and there was no fuss on the claim. Additionally, I replaced the front brake disc and shoe at 45k km.
