Land Rover launches the new Range Rover Sport

Land Rover has now introduced the next new product from its international portfolio in India and it is the new generation Range Rover Sport. This SUV is priced at Rs 1.09 crore (ex-showroom Mumbai, pre-octroi).

New Range Rover Sport

Based on the new light-weight aluminium chassis, the all new Range Rover Sport is 420kg lighter than the previous generation. The Range Rover is available with two engine options: 3.0-litre V6 diesel and a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 petrol. The Range Rover Sport will be available in four trims: S, SE, HSE and Autobiography. The first three trims will be available with the diesel engine, while the last version will be coming in petrol only.

The Range Rover Sport is more about performance and hence about 75% of the Sport parts are different from the Range Rover. This is the fastest Land Rover ever built, but here we are speaking of the 5.0-litre supercharged petrol. Watch out this space as we shall soon share a review of the Range Rover Sport.
