First of all i want to start my review with the looks of the Safari . When every time i look onto my Safari i always fell in love with the beastly SUV beauty .As Safari has strong road presence and it is the love of many Indians . From my childhood i always wanted to own a Safari. When you get inside this vehicle you feel more comfort and space then any other SUV of its class . Ride quality of this vehicle is fantastic and you will get good confidence when cruising on high Speeds. As far as fuel
This is a really nice SUV. I got it for making ocassional business trips by road & covers 500 - 600 kms a day in my visits at least twice a week. At highways we drove at 170 kmph without any slight vibration.Interiors are very good. pick up is also fast. My friend is having a scorpio wherein we found the car vibrating at 150 kmph. Safari is comfortable, lookwise it is good. Safari is just different in my feelings. It has to be bought with a dream and with a passion wherein it fulfills all you
I have been driving a tat safari 2.2 vtt dicor for the last about 08 years now and have done about 110000 kms on it. this tata stable workhorse has never let me down and has been a loved family car for almost a decade. To review this car is simple: value for money with no frills. My safari has been driven to places where faint hearted don't dare venture. This beast does not need a road to move, it just sails like a boat on any surface. My children have continued sleeping in the middle seat e
Hello Guys,This is my third Tata Vehicle. PROS:Happy with the services and cost of maintenance it has been like INR 23,000/- in total after such a rugged use. I take it to FARM every weekend dam muddy some time water level is above my headlights never ever give a problem. Rides like a Best on the road. specially on the highway. There is always power available with you ask for it even above 180/KPH.Amazing Mileage of 13/KMPL.Excelling Driving and Seating Comfort.Nice Viewing Angles form the height
Look and Style : (exterior) looks very good specially the large head lamps.the rear also looks stunning.overall i can say its a great car in a class of its own. (interior) the design of the electrical console, the way the dash board has been laid out,the switch, the gear nob, everything is very good.except the quality of the plastics and the fit and finish could have been a little better.but at that price,i have to give that point to TATA. Comfort : a single line will be enough to explain this.best
It's the same old design with a bit of garnish here and there. The front grill does change the character of the car from regal for the earlier one to butch for this one. I cant say which one looks better, but I would prefer the Dicor 3.0 . Interiors disappointingly remain the same, for quality that is. Plastic quality is a major concern and I am sure its not because of cost, TATA lacks the will.Although lacking feel, its pretty direct for a car of this size and weight and coupled with better
Look and Style The new TATA safari is far better than the older versions of it and much quieter, but the designers need to put the same attention in to detail as they have shown on the TATA Aria, to start with the interior the door boards and dash board need to be lather raped not plastic that fades color in time, the door handles needs sophistication and as the aria navigation Bluetooth would be a nice option, as well electronic seats, and dashboard center console should be aligned with the das
After driving Hyundai Santro for 4 years, I decided to buy a new car. I wanted to make sure I choose a vehicle that gives me a new driving-experience altogether. My priority list included comfort, space and mileage. I test drove Sedans like Hyundai Verna, Maurti SX4 and Honda City with my budget range upto 9 lacs. All of them are good in their class, but no point in discussing them because the moment I drove new Safari, I dropped the idea of owning a Sedan. The sheer space and power of Safari att
Look and Style : Most people feel that the design is over a decade old. Well so is the case with teh Pajero. I feel the design is still selling as its an ideal design for a Car-cum-SUv combination. its easilly manouverable there is no Pitch compares to the scorpio. Also there is a better sitting posture compared to the Scorpio and a more aero dynamic shape compared to a Scorpio . Comfort: Have driven my safari for 14000 Km. in four months. Did one drive from Delhi -Luckno and Lucknow varanasi a
I bought a Safari EX (4x2)on 6 May 10.The AC is pathetic but the TATA technicians dont just seem to understand the problem and try and avoid a repair/replacement.I am smeltering in the heat of Ahmedabad after spending 9 lacs on this beast. To top it all the caliber/IQ/intellect and service standards of the Ahmedabad dealer(Cargo Motors) is realy a big enigma for me till now.How can they afford to be so callous with the whole philosophy of CRM.I guess TATAs should employ people who are literate a
I own a Tata Safari and it has been 5 years since I had bought this SUV. At that time there weren't many SUVs on road and Safari was the best. Even after so many years, when there has been a cluster of SUV's on road, my Tata safari has always had a niche for itself. There were times when I was planing to buy a new car but the performance and comfort of my Tata safari is unprecedented. The best part of this car is that you can enjoy your ride in any sort of driving conditions, be it mount
First of all let me tell you that i am a great admirer of Mahindra Scorpio and thats why i am comparing Tata Safari with Scorpio. After driving Scorpio for more then 3 Years i was quite impressed with the performance of this car and so after driving Scorpio i never got that comfort and driving experience in any other car. But now just few days ago i bought Tata Safari DICOR after taking its test drive and being sufficient with its performance. I tell you from my experience that this is the only
I bought Tata New Safari DICOR2.2VX4x2 car few months ago. I have completed around 900 km. I am satisfied with the performance. It has a stylish look. It is a very comfortable and spacious car. It is running well in the city areas and highways as well. My family is happy to my choice. Really It is an awesome car to drive.
Look and Style The outside look is fine but when you get inside i did not like the front windscreen. And i have had the side visor installed, in sharp bends it is hard for me to look to the right what should not have happened with a car size this big and bulky. This usually start to tear apart in the first month it self. Things like covers come out no matter what. I hated it for this. Comfort I would rate it as an average comfortable car. Not at all suitable for long travel. Pickup Fine without
This is my 2nd safari I bought in 2007 and I,ve not been able to find a better alternative for a SUV priced between 10 to 15 lacs. The suspension has been most satisfactory and very comfortable seats, specially for the bad roads I have to drive on to my Construction sites. Pickup is Good, for what you have paid for. But no risky overtaking please.Mileage: Has been continously giving me 11.5 to 11.9 kpl with the AC. Needs to improve the service back up. TATA workshops are no longer the same. Deal
Look and Style I think the looks, style, fit and finish of the new Safari Storme is miles ahead of
Yesterday I visited a Maruti dealership as I am planning to buy a car in the range of Rs. 7-9 lakh.
Look and Style: Excellent. This is its best feature, style and looks make it adorable. Comfort: Goo
