  Mohit Arora is Executive Director for J.D. Power Asia Pacific, Singapore and oversees the activities of the company’s operations in the region. He also is responsible for building and managing business relationships with clients in the region. In addition, Mr. Arora is the regional consulting head for the company and advises several automotive manufacturers in the region on their customer satisfaction, product quality and network improvement programs.    Mr. Arora has extensive experience in the automotive industry in India. Prior to joining the company, he worked for several years with Tata Motors in various roles, including international business, corporate planning, new product development, distribution planning and product management.   Mr. Arora received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in marketing. Also, he has trained at the Harvard Business School and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
