Good looking exterior.
Comfort
Clutch & Gear looks like Alto/Eon. Very less space.
Pickup
Average pickup. i20/figo beats this very well since they've more powerful engines.
Mileage
Milege is just the sae as i20/figo.

Here is my review: Volkswagen customer service is really pathetic. I gave my car to replace the front bumper 10days ago. Its still in 0% progress. They didn't even start the work. I got 8 different contact numbers (service head, receptionist, bodyshop manager, md, service representative etc). Nobody picksup the call. Finally visited the service center then came to know that they didnt even start the progress. Irrresponsible fellows.
Search in google if you don't believe me :). (Search word can be volkswagen downtown reviews bangalore)
Overall Experience
Very very negative in service. Costly compared to all other cars (spare parts).
