I have booked a car in April with a promise that I should get my Polo Highend in max 1.5 month. Surprisingly so far there is no response from them. I am fade up with their attitude as twice I have to give declaration to my Bank that car delivery is late. My loan will get cancel if it gets delay further

Very much true - for I myself am going thru it now. It's been 3 months since I booked my Vento HL Petrol and the dealer tells me (VW bars outgoing calls from their phones!!) that it will take another 3 months. When I booked VW Vento Petrol, they (VW Downtown, Magrath Road, Bangalore - Elite Motors Pvt Ltd) told the waiting period will be little less than 3 months. But they refuse to write anything in the application form to indicate the waiting period. They left it blank despite my request. They say it is their practice. That's the way they tricked me. I visited the dealer 2 weeks ahead of the so-called promised delivery date; still, no revelations of their true colour. But in the last week when I call them, they bluntly told to wait for another 3 months. Again, no where in the record. If you show displeasure, they shamelessly tell the money may be refunded within 2 weeks. Thank god, they dont have any cancellation charges. Your 1 Lac is locked with them for nearly 4 months which is what they probably aspire. If VW can not deliver on time due to its own problems, why make money from somebody else? Why give false commitment to the buyers? Why cheat people, and demonstrate it in all precision? So my message to all - please beware when you are dealing with Volkswagen people. As Vento advertisement shows, their engineers are not the only crying ones to let their vehicles go, they make their customers cry too, for wrong reasons!! Hope they didnt give the vehicle to any of the so called VIPs / preferred customers; anything can happen in Bangalore these days.
I had a very good openion about volkswagen, i seen review, in all aspects performance looks very poor, i am shocked, i thought they r the best, now i have to think, should i choose volkswagen or maruthi..i just want ask one simple word, if ur product is good, do u really need advt, spending so much for advt does it really requires, instead of that, make ur customers comfortable, make them feel ur the top of the world, get the satisfaction that i am having good car, no reason to hold u back, automatically ur product get sold, for ur kind information most of the people who bought cars specially vento.. they might have not seen ur advt at all,so try to give better service, else u have to pay for it.
My experience of buying a Vento Trendline petrol model car has been anything but satisfactory. After paying entire car value upfront and booking the car from OSL Exclusive Pvt Ltd at Kolkata, the dealer announced that they would not be able to deliver the car within the promised date. After lot of persuasion the car was delivered but on the third day after delivery the car refused to start. This happened for a second and a third time within a period of ten days though the car was being used regularly. The VW workshop found an electrical earthing fault draining the battery. Then again within ten days the air-conditioner failed. The car was sent to the workshop. It is still there and the VW Customer Care is unwilling to issue any undertaking of replacement of car or refund of car value paid in any further problem occur in the car within the validity of the warranty. The Volkswagen reputation is lying in shreds at the hands of their Indian dealers. ALL BUYERS OF VENTO CAR, BEWARE OF POOR QUALITY FINISH AND BAD PRE SALE QUALITY CHECK.
I purchased vento car from haldwani dealar in uttarakhand. the dealer chared me for tephlon coating, and the car was deliverd to me without coating.I have sent them two registerd letters to them to refund the money chagred from me.they have not replied to me till this date.Now i have no other option exept to send them a legal notice. The car was purchesed a day befor deepawali.

Sharing my experience with VW. I booked a POLO comfortline Petrol version on Nov and the delar promised they will deliver in 2 weeks time. But it's almost 2 months over and they don't even answer properly. Many time the sales person doesn't even pick the call. I still didn't got a date from the dealer and I'm even thinking of cancelling by booking. On top of this, the customer service person from VW calls me and ask for the feedback about the delar. When I start complaining about the delar, they didn't even listened for my complains and disconnected the call.
I have VW POLO 1.2 Petrol and its been really disgusting after sales experience with VW service centres in Bangalore. Very frustrating to see only 3 service centres even after the car sales have been increased manyfold. And, these service centres dont respond to calls, service appointment is 3 weeks and then no proper pick/drop facility. They accepted for pick/drop car and last moment they give some funny reasons like driver has not come that day to deliver it. Car is having a break problem where there is a sound after long drive whenever I apply break. I headr its a common problem and till now they have not fixed it. Its been 2.5 years I bought my car and its been there from day one..I dotn suggest anyone to buy VW though its tempting to buy this becase of the brand and build quality. I dont have complain on the car but service is absolutely worst..beware you think to buy it..

And ask insurance advisor to come after some time , car has not been deilivered . Work shop office is place for argument and .I dotn suggest anyone to buy VW though its tempting to buy this becase of the brand and build quality. I booked a Polo High Line Petrol car with Abra Motors, Chennai and the dealer who wrote in the booking form a cash discount of Rs.10,000 did not honour it saying VW has changed policy. The car promised in two weeks never came and the dealer refused to give any delivery date. VW sends only one message- the dealer will be asked to look into the complaint. Finally I took refund and got an excellent i20 delivered in four days flat that came with cash discount and many free accessories from DSC Hyundai who were very good.They told me to consider Hyundai in case I cancelled my Polo booking as though they knew about VW. Now VW call center wants to know whether I need a loan for the car that will not be delivered and my experience with the dealer.

I totally agree that the Volkswagen Company has appointed Frontier Autoworld Pvt. Ltd. of Delhi Metropolitan is the worst to provide after sales service. Their Service Centre don't have the spare parts and every time when the car is sent for servicing it has to be sent again and again for one deficiency or the other and the service centre takes more than the required time without any intimation for pick up or sending back the car. During the last month replacement of some parts of my A.C. during extreme summer took 5/6 days and now on 31st of August, 2013 I have sent my car for the replacement of the front glass which was cracked. The store keeper told me on phone that the front glass is available and I can send the car today and I will get back the car on 1st of Sept.,2013 prior to lunch. I did not get any feedback about the status of the car then enquired they told that it will be given to me on Monday. Now today is 3rd September, 2013 and I enquired at 4.45 p.m. about the car and it was told it will be given tomorrow. I do' not know what is going on at the Service Center.As per my experience, they don't have the competent staff to work out the things or they don't have the spare parts as happened during repair of the A.C. I was so upset that I wanted to sue the Company legally and in Consumer Court for deficiency in services. One of the best thing is that nobody attends the phone request the company to take back their mobile phones. Interestingly when the car was sent for service since they are keeping the car beyond prescribed time , I received a call twice how my car is running and if I am satisfied with the services. Surprisingly, I have to tell the car is with you only. I have not got back my car.
I completely second that. worst ever after sales i have seen. I wish i would have bought desi made car instead. I own a vento and frustration, from the first day of purchase,could not be described in words. If any one is thinking of buying this car, my advise would be,make sure you dont by vw and go for car company with good after sales service. otherwise you will be frustrated like me.
Sub: Repair of A.C. of Car No.DL2CQ7212 Ref: Complaint No.CAL-35643 In the month of June, 2013, Frontier Autoworld Pvt. Ltd. Okhla, Delhi kept my car for A.C. repair for a week or so on the plea that the service centre do not have the spare parts to set the same right. They did some jugad and delivered the car to me which was constantly giving the complaints. Now again because of the A.C. trouble sent the car to Service Centre on 16.9.2013 and till today the technician of the Company are unable to set it right. Rather understand that since last one week its engine is not igniting. What a Company and its Service Center those who cannot get their product serviced. In August, 2013 there was crack on wind screen and the workshop center took 9 days to get the wind screen changed. Wah Wah what a Volkswagen and its Service Center. I just want to make aware to the new buyers of Volkswagen. Also their Service Center does not listen/attend /reply your mail . They don't give the numbers of the seniors to complaint with. It appears that it is the Company of Clerks ant not technicians.
