Car experience is very good i must say Tata altroz is my dream and loveable car. I just love what it offer CNG with AMT superb performance. 5 start safety in hatchback is very rear and special in Indian car line up, no hatchback come with 5 start safety also lot of people talk about tata serivce, but i feel now service response is far better then what people say. Very happy with the car.

Go for diesel because it gives best mileage and pickup. It has best sitting comfort, after sale service is not as much good due to too many vehicles. Pros:  mileage, sitting comfort, less maintance, no issue, best tech. Cons: ground clearance, not suitable for 6 feet height persons, service machanic not trained according to engines.
