- Honda CityThe best budget sedan as I say it can be more powerful than virtus but when for comfort the honda city might be perfect in all budget sedan as I think the mileage in city approx 13 and in Highway it give me around 19. - City 4th Gen Looks Got WorseHonda City 4th Gen looks got worse. I was very much fond of Honda City looks and design since my childhood, but now they have degraded the looks and appearance. Nevertheless, they have made some new and advanced features along with premium interior and ventilated seat. The dashboard and instrument cluster looks more defining and aesthetic.
