Have Zeta variant. Very comfortable in long drives and silent engine is like cheery on cake. Mileage is also very good. Coming to the maintenance cost, just like other maruti cars, it's quite affordable and Service center people do assist you & treat you well. Could have been complete package if it can get GNCAP ratings

Actually it is good car with great mileage and also premium interior. No compromise with safety rating wth low mantainence. Also comfort in this car is very good. And the features like panasonic sunroof,and 8 way adjustable powered driver seat, auto air purifier are very usefulful features After sales service is good because maruti has wide dealer and service network..

I bought this grand vitara(topvarient) a month ago. I use to drive xuv 500 for the past 10 years and switching to Maruti was not so good experience. I?m not liking this car it does not give the comfort the car is very light and the quality of car material is poor(safety wise) mileage till now 15.4 kmpl 1274 km completed with 1st service you feel each and every pot hole interior is luxury no doubt with ventilated seats but driving experience is no good for me I miss my old car 

My Grand Vitara Experience (Zeta+ Hybrid) I bought the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Zeta+ Hybrid about 6 months back. I was confused between this, Hyryder and Creta, but finally went with this one because of the fuel efficiency and trust in Maruti service. Looks-wise, I really like the front ? the DRLs give a premium look. But the rear honestly looks a bit like Baleno. Some people didn?t even realise it?s Grand Vitara until I told them. City driving is super smooth. It runs on battery at low speeds and feels almost silent. Once I started the car and didn?t even realise it was on 😂. But on highway, it feels a bit underpowered. There?s a slight lag when you press the accelerator. Not a big problem, but it?s there. Mileage is honestly amazing. I get around 23?24 kmpl in city with AC on. On highway it gives around 20. I sometimes try to drive slow just to stay on battery mode longer lol. Interior is okay. Seats are comfortable but not the best for long trips. Once the screen froze when using Android Auto ? had to restart the car. Also, no wireless Android Auto, which is kind of disappointing. Build quality is average. Doors don?t feel solid like other SUVs. Not sure about safety, I think it got 3 stars? But overall, it?s a good car for city use and family. If you drive calmly and want low fuel cost, it?s worth it.
