vento sedan really excellent car from volkswagen

VW...Do not dump old engines here....where is the 1.4 TSI and 7 Speed DSG, it time VW offers all options to indian customers like US, Europe and Australia Rgds...Shivadass. Bangalore

new information this is not agood car at all because this company is giving better engines at abroad wheras in india its not its ver bad

It is a good car only its use can tell its maintainence free one has to believe volkswagen people they are supposed to deliver best cars in such a big Indian market to make the universal rule survival of the fittest possible

as and according to the tech.spuc. ive gone through., vw is an advanced 5 th gen car when compared to other available sedans in india at this price., its techno. is awesome., exc ellent power with incredible mileage is a good deal., vw always ensures its quality., and keep in mind... germans are techno leaders., so honda,ford,fiat,mitsub., shut up ur mouth n get burn ur stomach with jealous.

I took test drive of both City 1.5 V MT and Vento Petrol 1.6 MT Highline. in the same vincinity of city. I can tell you that I had superb control over Vento than City. City may have a futurustic look but it has a plastic look whereas Vento looks robust and real metallic. Only disadvantage I felt was no USB and Stearing mounted audio controls. However I was told that the company fitted system can be changed by dealer with options like USB, Bluetooth and voice controls. You can also fit reverse censors and GPS in Vento as accessories. Vento has no free service but the first service itself is at 15k kms that's real free service I guess since you anyway spend on oil and lubricants in any other free service. I also took test drive of diesel. Good pick up and little vibrations inside car but felt some vibrations on clutch which were getting transferred to my left leg. Overall I felt Vento is better option than City if you are not so inclined about futuristic look from outside.

Hoda city is no more an exclusive car Vento is comparable & is affordable

received the car last week. Driving is smooth. Drove a lot in city traffic with very bad roads & one outstation trip. mileage seems to be 18 diesel on AC. I hope that in better driving conditions should be 20

i am the owner of vento i really dont know why you dont offord auto transmission in diesel and there is no dsg gearbox
