MANAGEMENT IS TOO POOR ON TOP LEVEL IN INDIA

Look and Style   Comfort   Pickup   Mileage   Best Features   Needs to improve   Overall Experience - The car is value for money but but but the Company management in India is too Bad.Company believes only in sales and no Service after sales.I had Bought this particular varient in White coloue from Udaipur, Jai motor cars Pvt.ltd.Had bought this vehicle on 8/11/2012.Car is driven only 500Kms apprxmtly and on the night of Deewali the Car got problem in engine and it started missing while driving.Since then the Vehicle is in the companys workshop where no one is ready to tell me what is the problem in the car.Have written 8-9 mails but there has been only a single reply stating that the matter is beeing looked after by the DEALER.Even Dealer has tried his best to get the problem solved but the Company seems not intrested in taking their repuattion in INdia seriously.According to me Volkeswagon thinks in INDIA sell anything and they can get away by not responding. The height of this whole matter is when i got a call from one of their their north india Regional heads Mr.Prashant(8860610627) saying that if i would have had not got the vehicle registered they would have had changed my car(Mr.Prashant please check the facts that no car can be driven on road without getting registered and Insurance). I dnt agree to his statement then he said that he would changed the engine of this vehicle and would give the vehicle back, well well well Mr.Prashant if this is your way of trying to make a customer understand then its too bad and i think you are not the correct person to be in this organisation or else sooner or latter the company will have to pack up from India. To cut the whole story in short there is no satisfactory reply from the Top management and they dnt feel sorry for stressing out the customer. TOO BAD. If the same incident would have had happened in Germany Volkes Wagon knows wha would have had happened to them in the Court by The client. They would have had been Sued....
