Fake service cost

Mileage: 22 KMPL on highway. Best Features: Comfort and boot space for. Needs to improve: Service cost: Overall Experience: Vehicle is very good but the service cost is no where near that they give in their service cost calculator. I have recently inquired about the third service as i am near to 45 k kms and to the shock i was told that it would be near 20k rupees however their service calculator suggested it will be approx 8k rupees.
