Very bad braking system despite having abs

Look and Style: Very good Comfort: Average Pickup: Good Mileage: Good 23kmpl. Needs to improve: Cabin noise Overall Experience: The vehicle delivered faulty and Maruti is not able to locate the problem yet. When a brake is applied at a speed of 60kmph and above the car deflects to left very rapidly. They have changed tyres to 185x70xR14 instead of its original 165 profile tyre. They are claiming that the original tyre which came with the vehicle is wrong. The dealer has driven the car for 500 Kms as a test drive. If anyone wants to buy a Dzire please check the breaks before you take it. No one from Maruti has contacted me and I have written a detailed complaint to Maruti and never heard anything from them.
