I am an owner of the Swift DZire LDI since two years and three months. The car has clocked about 22000 Km. I have been too long drives covering 600 to 800 km at a single stretch with six passengers and boot full of luggage. I have driven the car at a speed of 100 to 120 kmph comfortably. When the car is fully loaded on bumpy roads the rear bumper touches the road. Initially, I used to get a mileage of 17 to 18 kmpl in city and 22 kmpl on highways. Gradually mileage has decreased and now its around 14 to 15 kmpl in city and 19 kmpl on highways. This was reported to the service centre during the 24months/20000 km service, they said that after the service, change of filters and oil, it will improve. But no change has been noticed in last three months. However, I am totally satisfied with the performance and looks of the car.
