Fiat Linea and Mahindra Xylo Launch Pushed

The recent attacks on Mumbai have affected the Indian car market. Mumbai is the largest car market of India and it still remains shocked due to attacks. Fiat and Mahindra both companies have their head offices in Mumbai and both auto makers had planned to launch their upcoming vehicles Fiat Linea and Mahindra Xylo in this month but due to the attacks they push their launch dates.

The attacks on Mumbai and the slowdown in auto market demand have made them to push the launch dates of their models. Now, Fiat Linea and the Multi Utility Vehicle from Mahindra, Mahindra Xylo will be launch in January 2009.

Since these models are very important for both auto manufacturers, they are taking all possible steps to make the launch successful. Mahindra is banking upon its latest models for lifting their sales. Fiat is also planning to makeover image in India and plans to roll out Linea from its Ranjangaon plant in Maharashtra.
