The Volvo XC40 Recharge is a fantastic EV. The electric motor delivers instant power and the car is ready to take off as soon as you up your foot down on the accelerator. It is incredibly silent. Lot of functionality has been shifted to the touch display but I would prefer physical buttons. The front seats are very comfortable but the rear seats are bit tight on space making it ideal for 4 passangers only.

The car offers quick performance and one can adapt to the one-pedal driving with practice. The real world driving range is about 350 km, enough for daily drives. The stability is amazing at high speeds. Mainly the running cost is quite lesser than the ICE cars. The rear seat are comfortable but lack a little on space and the spare tyre is placed above the boot florr which eats up luggage space.
