NuvoSport N6 AMT നിരൂപണം

The Mahindra NuvoSport N6 AMT comes with a 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine coupled to a 5-speed Automated Manual Transmission (AMT). It is the most affordable automatic NuvoSport in the country and is priced at Rs 9.41 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi, as of May 11, 2017). It is based on the N6 variant and is Rs 60,000 more expensive than the N6 variant with a five-speed manual transmission.

As the NuvoSport N6 AMT is based on the mid N6 variant it comes fairly loaded with features, neither too less nor too much. However, the main highlight is that the NuvoSport N6 AMT has lots of safety features. It has driver and co-driver airbags, anti-lock braking system (ABS) with electronic brake distribution (EBD), collapsible steering wheel, and adjustable seat belts with seat belt reminder.

It also has other comfort and convenience features like electrically adjustable outside rear view mirrors (ORVMs), remote locking and keyless entry, 2-din audio system and body-coloured bumpers.

However, when we compare it with the top-spec N8 variants, it does fall behind in terms of features. It misses alloy wheels, daytime running lights, side body decals, rear spoiler, leatherette upholstery, aluminium pedals, 6.2-inch touchscreen display for the infotainment system, height-adjustable driver's seat, driver and co-driver armrest, front fog lamps and reverse parking camera.
