TATA loosing for inefficient and non responsive workshop personne...

Look and Style the style to me is simply bold   Comfort perfect. no back pain even in 1000 Km drive at a gap of 30 minutes per 150-175 km   Pickup indeed good   Mileage maches the power of engine   Best Features   Needs to improve the workshop attendents and service personnel. i have bad experiencewith workshop of one show room of calcutta. though the personnel at the showroom tried their best yet the service personnel try to make fool. my MUV has aproblem since its first day, it pulls in left. on being reported i am told by one service personnel that the pulling in left is because of the shape of road!!!!! just imagine. I can not lift my hand from steering , it forthwith pulls to left. now after last service it started pulling to right. alas. the problems are not being taken care of. none of the difficuties are taken care o0f by the service personnel. they simply don't bother what you say. Even written complaints yeld no result.   AND of course a four wheel drive option and navigation space is required to be considered. Overall Experience the vehicle is indded perfect for highway. the city drive is very comfortable. it's my daily companion than my other one of different make.
