BMW i8 Unveiled
2013 Frankfurt Motor Show has already brought us so many concepts and new vehicles. Now adding to the list is BMW i8, X5 eDrive, X5 and 4 Series Coupe, but the i8 is the one product which attracted the maximum eye balls.

The fully hybrid BMW i8 gets highly turbocharged 1.5-litre BMW twinpower turbo petrol engine with intelligent energy management. It has carbon fibre reinforced plastic passenger cell, which makes it an extremely light weight vehicle. Despite being a plugin hybrid vehicle, it has been claimed to touch the 0-100kmph in mere 4.5 seconds. It's a 2+2 seater vehicle and has the aluminium drive module.
