Fiat Auto Production lines at the Tychy factory has rolled out its millionth Fiat 500. The iconic model was launched in 2007, sold in 83 nations all around the globe : from Italy to Brazil, South Africa to Poland and the United States to Japan. Additionally, from 2011 the Fiat 500 has also been produced at the Mexican factory in Toluca, thus making a total production to 1,100,000 units.
Fiat adds to the 500 line-up with the new 500 Street Edition. The special edition will include dark tinted windows along with alloy wheels along with mouldings, door handles and ORVMs in satin chrome finish. The edition will be offered with 3 engine options.
Recently Fiat 500 series launched the Abarth 595 Turismo and 595 Competizione models. Further continuing the expansion, Fiat launched a new range in Britain called the “Color Therapy.” This edition will be available in both, hatchback and convertible body type, with two engine options of 0.9-litre TwinAir along with a 1.2-litre mill. The 5 colors are New Age Cream, Pasodoble Red, Countrypolitan Yellow, Tech House Grey and Volare Blue.
