How is the performance of Toyota Innova?

Toyota Innova comes with two engine options; the diesel variants come equipped with a 2KD-FTV D4-D 2.5-litre turbocharger diesel common rail variable geometry engine, which produces 100.6bhp or a 2.0-litre petrol 1TR-FE VVT-I engine churning out 132bhp of power. The diesel engine of the car performs well when it comes to power output and fuel efficiency. There is a slight turbo lag at lower revs but it works fine on higher rpms. The 5-speed manual gear box is smooth enough and gear ratio is according to power output and torque. On the other hand, the petrol engine of the car is more powerful and refined and the car is perfectly balanced. The powerful engine makes it a highway cruiser; car comes as a performer when it comes to the handling and braking. Both the diesel and petrol version of the car are good at braking and handling; and suspension of the car is according to the Indian roads. In short, Toyota Innova's performance is good and it worth to buy it.
