Hyundai EON houses an 814cc, 3 cylinder, 9 valve engine which makes a decent power output of 56bhp at 5500rpm with a peak torque of 76Nm at 4000rpm. The three pot engine of the car has exactly the same architecture as the Santro’s 1.1-litre iRDE engine; 3-valves per cylinder SOHC with a cylinder lesser. The car comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
