I recently bought Tata Altroz XE petrol variant. Very nice hatchback. Buying experience was good as the sales person from Tata Dealership helped a lot. Engine is powerful, suspensions are good, seats are fabric but ok.

Went Durgapur Chandrani Showroom. First of all they don't provide test drive if you don't give booking amount. Second, they handed me 7 month old manufactured car and gave no prior information. Complained dealer but no solutions as of yet. Went there with the brand trust, came cheated because of sales executive.

Purchased new altroz in 2020. Within a week engine found defective . Till 2024 many issues found. Still I'm struggling. I suggest not to buy this car if you want peace of mind and can't run for its breakdown and repairs.
