- My NIGHTMARE With The TaigunTaigun is my 3rd vehicle from VW after a Vento and Polo. I have driven 70K plus KM in the earlier two models and 20K miles in Taigun. I love VW so much that I decided not to dispose the Vento and Polo and i'm still using all three. Cospared to the experience I had with the other two modelse Taigun has not lived up to it. Main reasons being. 1. Low torque or pulling power compared even to Polo. 2. Very low mileage in city. 10 km if trafgic free & 6 to 7 km in case of traffic. 3. My Taigun has just completed 1 year and touching 20 K kilometers. Two days back while driving in the city suddenly the clutch failed in the middle of morning traffic. Expereiencing such failure within one year and less than 20K km is a nightmare. My love for VW has taken a beating. - Disappointing VW TaigunGot my VW Taigun 8 months ago and was expecting good experience from a german brand, I've driven 5500KW & to my surprise the brake pads are worn out. The service center tells me its because of bad driving, I have a Hundai I20 & a Suzuki swift and have never faced such problem.
