Break Failure Problem

The problem of brake failure is a technical issue which persists in automatic Kia Seltos. I purchased a Kia Seltos automatic GT Line. While driving in a traffic jam or on decedent roads, if you hold breaks for 5-10 seconds and as soon as you forward the vehicle and want to stop, it will not stop as the brake get hard as wood padel and breaks don't apply which gives me a lot of mental trauma and insecurity in driving Kia Seltoes. I wrote to Kiacare@india.response received from the Kia Sppedingo service centre but the problem was not resolved. They say that breaks are hydraulic and it will lock if you press them constantly but pressing break in a traffic jam and a decent slope is mandatory.
