Toyota Engine Logo could made the Owner more pride.. While the Toyota announced mileage never meets the real scenario. however, In-car comfort, Engine performance could be given more focus.. Apple car play hangs and shuts down while in use... Service  doesn't match Toyota standards.. Rating is much appropriate considering parameters like Customer Care, Service Motive, Technical Knowledge, Mentoring & Monitoring...
