The company itself is very insensitive to consumer complaints. You will not get any response from the company's end. Poor service at dealers end. It is better to buy a Nano rather than putting your money in such a useless air conditioned auto rickshaw. My vehicle no is UP80BY8899 and am a actual user & am repenting on my decision...
